My role
I am the Programme Manager responsible for development and delivery of the Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA).
I received a BA in Business Management from Leeds Beckett University in 2005, followed by a PGCE in secondary education from the ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ in 2006. This lead to four years teaching at secondary and FE level, before moving to the Lifelong Learning Centre at the ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ in 2010. I was awarded my MA in Business from Leeds Beckett in 2011.
I helped to develop the part-time diploma and BSc in Management and Leadership in the Lifelong Learning Centre at the ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ. This was followed by the development of full-time degree with foundation year aimed at attracting students from widening participation backgrounds.
I am currently the Programme Manager for the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) at the LLC. I focus on programme design as well as teaching, specialising in Leadership and Change Management.
I also provide support to our BSc Business Management and Leadership programme with teaching and dissertation supervision.
